No. Membership pricing applies to standard haircut services only. Beard services, enhancements, and other add-ons are separate.
Do I get a free haircut with membership?
No. Membership provides access to loyalty rewards and, for Elite members, discounted haircut pricing. Services are billed per visit.
What happens if I cancel my membership?
You may cancel at any time. Billing stops at the end of your current cycle. No refunds are issued, and points may be forfeited if the membership becomes inactive.
Do points expire?
Yes. Points may expire after a period of account inactivity or if membership status becomes inactive.

Misuse of rewards, manipulation of the loyalty system, excessive cancellations, or abuse of booking privileges may result in suspension or termination of membership benefits.
BXB reserves the right to revoke membership access at its discretion to protect the integrity of the program.
